ABOUT US
The World Wide Web neris.mii.lt, as Lithuanian Home Page, was developed in 1995 under support of European Commission INSIGHT project.
The following countries participate in INSIGHT: the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Managers of web sites of the National Research Networks were trained in providing web services. INSIGHT addresses technical as well as contents-related requirements of a WWW information service.
Currently neris.mii.lt provides links to main Lithuanian WWW servers.
